Mindfulness is the ability to be present in the here and now and to notice what is happening within you, without getting caught up in thoughts or judgments.
This questionnaire contains 5 independently developed scales designed to measure 5 facets of mindfulness:
- observing,
- describing experience,
- the ability to act with awareness,
- non-judging of inner experience,
- non-reactivity to inner experience (inner impulses).
Instructions: Read each statement and indicate how true it is for you.
The higher your score on each factor, the more developed the corresponding skill.
